What a BIG difference a year makes. I’ve lost 90 pounds in 2012. I went from size 42 jeans down to 36. I went from 3XL shirts down to Large. I am very proud of this. In a year where I lost my wife, my house and pretty much everything I had, Being told I was going to die in 3-6 months was a big wake up call for me. I am now full of life, happy, clear mind and always full of energy. Working out got me thru the bad times. I am back and imma continue to lose weight and keep this lifestyle of gym and dieting. It works folks. This fat ass did it… anybody can. It takes a lot of focus, dedication, motivation and will power. The results are obvious.
